Hi, Welcome! Thank you for your interest in Bev's Gumbo Shack! Our take out restaurant opened February 1, 2015 and we closed May 1 , 2016. We had to close due to my husbands various illnesses, and my time had to be

spent at home often, so I was not able to devote the time needed to keep the restaurant open. BUT!! Never fear! Since our closure, we have been moving forward and working hard to get our products into local merchant stores. (You won't have to wait too much longer, I promise)
